Hi there, my name is Ana Mascara.  I am the hero of my story, what role do you play in yours? The ultimate mission of this website is to give you the tools and guidance to face your own dragons, and emerge victorious.

Here's a little about myself: I'm a Canadian-based certified life coach and project management professional (PMP) with a passion for helping students of all ages succeed at school, work and in life. For as long as I can remember, mental health has always been my calling. I studied clinical psychology at McGill University, volunteered at a suicide/crisis intervention hotline (Suicide Action Montreal), interned at a psychiatric hospital in Montreal, and recently became a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). 

However, my academic & life journey wasn't as straightforward as I would have hoped, but it's what has lead me to create Ana Mascara. After being made fun of one too many times for asking things like "How do I study for this?" or "How do I actually set healthy boundaries in relationships?" I decided to answer those questions myself. During my undergraduate studies, I started making educational videos, focusing on a wide variety of topics such as study methods, time management, productivity, mental health, and everything in between. Our global community of over 167,000 engaged members has taken on thousands of challenges and continue thriving to this day.
